Arno's notes, 30thApril

I was on notes last week, but it was a short rehearsal and Anne's pretty much said it all in her email. We were working on some of the transitions between the Hebrew love songs, as well as trying to get the aleatoric snowing working. There was a brief discussion about the speed of bongs, with the suggestion that although it's a good idea for people within a given voice to choose different average bonging rates, perhaps we really don't need very fast bongs. The density of bonging across the different voices, even at slow bong rates, may be sufficient. Fast bonging would turn it into a manic snow flurry rather than gentle snow.

We await The Word of Ollie on this matter.
